Boat Ramp Access

Community boat ramps are found at the end of Patuxent (on Greenbank) and on East Greenbank, where Tred Avon Road would end if it made it to the water.

Boat keys are available to OBIA Members for $30 and help us care for the ramps.

Rules and Regulations for Launching Ramps

1. Boat ramp key is to be used by purchasers or family members in the same Oliver Beach Household.  Loaning your key to anyone outside of your household is prohibited.

2. Launching and hauling out of boats is permitted Dawn to Dusk only.

3. No parking of vehicles or trailers on launching ramp property. Violators are subject to towing.

4. Gate is to be closed and locked following each use.

5. Please be considerate of adjacent property owners by keeping voice low and launching noise to a minimum, particularly at early times. Please respect nearby properties by not trespassing.  Please do not leave your bait in the trash cans located on the boat ramps.

   Violations of the above-stated rules will result in the termination of launching ramp privileges and surrendering the ramp key without a refund.
